Coffee in Knoxville? Try Old City Java

I stumbled upon this little java cafe in downtown Knoxville, TN and FELL IN LOVE. It is positively adorable!! What first caught my attention? Probably one of the greatest curb appeal alleys you’ve ever seen – rich teracotta walls accented by beautiful circular brick windows and neatly scattered bistro tables. On the interior? The feature Starry Nights ceiling is a must-see! It’s filled with charming local fabric art and original wooden doors with sweet woven details. Lastly – amidst all this old world allure is a fun bright spot of tech savviness: a square-inspired cash register, very apple-esque. What did I have? A simple iced coffee with hazelnut. Very delish. Two thumbs up Old City Java.
